Primark Benefits is a service provider and business consultant that works primarily with employee benefits. We request personally identifiable information in order to assist in the design, installation, and operation of employee benefits programs.  It is our policy not to disclose this information to anyone except the designated representatives of the client and other providers/partners that service the plans.  We do not sell PII to anyone.

We collect information which includes, but is not limited to: (a) Company ownership and stock option arrangements; (b) Company management structure; (c) Employee demographic information including social security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, emails, dates of hire, dates of termination, compensation.

Consumers have the right to request the deletion of their personal information. We will comply with this request, to the extent allowed.  Some records must be maintained as part of the plan’s permanent tax records, and therefore we are required to maintain such information for the life of the plan plus any statute of limitations imposed upon tax records.  You may submit a request by sending an email to or by filling out the “Contact” form on our website at
