Primark Benefits provides complete administration, compliance, and consulting services for all types of employee benefit plans. We specialize in 401(k), Profit Sharing, Pension, and Cafeteria plans.
Two Solutions For Recordkeeping & Administration
While we have many partners who serve as recordkeepers, PBRetire is Primark Benefits’ in-house, open architecture recordkeeping service. As a TPA, we offer clients a larger set of available funds through Charles Schwab or Matrix. Brokers may set up Directed Portfolios with or without access to individual mutual funds. Participants have full access to individual brokerage accounts at Charles Schwab, Ameritrade, or other national wire houses.
Solutions for Compliance Concerns
Because of our focus on technical and compliance issues, we are often referred plans that require complicated allocation and testing procedures. We have developed a reputation over the years for being able to work with complex plans in different situations. We are particularly gratified that much of our business comes as referrals from accountants, attorneys, and other professional advisors.
