Who We Are


Primark Benefits’ mission is to be a premier employee benefits firm in the nation, while upholding our standard of high-quality, individualized service. Our goal is to help American workers be successfully prepared for retirement.

Who We Serve


Our clients are small- and mid-sized companies throughout the United States. Representing a broad cross-section of industries, from medical groups to high-tech companies, art dealers to construction firms, law offices to consulting firms, what our clients have in common is that they are profitable, privately-held companies and non-profit organizations that want to provide some type of employer-sponsored retirement plan(s) to one or more of their employees. 

 

Our clients fall generally into one of two categories: Some businesses want to recruit and retain talent by providing retirement benefits as part of a competitive compensation package. Others want to take advantage of financial tools, that are tailored to the unique needs of their business. whether that’s to focus specifically on highly-compensated team members, for example, or somehow benefit the business, the employees, AND the owner simultaneously.

 

We are particularly gratified that much of our business comes as referrals from various professionals, such as attorneys, accountants and investment advisors, who value the work we do for their clients.

Our Team


Our ratio of staff members to clients is one of the highest in the business, and our management team the most experienced. We have a genuine commitment to staff education and training. We encourage our staff to pursue an active professional education and training program and to earn the appropriate designations from the national pension industry associations. We start by seeking qualified and experienced staff, and we continue to develop their skills through a variety of training and education programs.
