A Bay Area native, Erica joined Primark Benefits in 2015 and currently oversees operations, including Human Resources, Office Management, and our Administrative Support team. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and an Associate's degree in IT Network Systems.
With prior experience in the retirement industry at a Taft-Hartley TPA, Erica brings a strong mix of leadership and industry expertise to her role.
